As a therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, I am beyond grateful to give my gift of healing to those who are struggling. I am called to working with adults who are experiencing a significant change in their lives, such as a the onset of a life altering physical illness, supporting a loved one with challenges, the death of a loved one, or individuals who themselves are facing a life limiting illness.
Anxiety and Depression can be challenging and debilitating. Therapy can help. I am confident with support, anxiety and depression can be managed and life improved.
I feel optimistic that we can work together to make life more managable and positive.
My therapeutic approach is empowerment based. I will help you identify and utilize your innate strengths and abilities, you will harness them into action. You already have the raw material needed to thrive in your transition, I have the therapeutic skills and expertise to support you on your journey.
